Hi, I'm Ixia! The person behind Perspective X.

I'm a project manager with over 15 years of experience leading complex projects from planning to delivery.

I help organisations, brands and creators bring projects to life by creating structure, aligning stakeholders and keeping teams focused on shared goals. From strategic planning and budgeting to coordination and execution, I make sure projects move forward.

Before starting Perspective X, I spent more than a decade at one of the world's largest record labels, working on campaigns and projects for international artists including Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa and Bruno Mars, as well as leading Dutch and Belgian talent.

Since then, I've managed projects across music, media, culture and the non-profit sector.
